A total of 45 indicators were develope by the advisory group of the sustainability initiative in Eastern Iceland. A total of 78 metrics are currently used to monitore the indicators. In order to put the indicators in a perspective point of view, they have been grouped in the three braces of sustainable development, or social, enviornmental and economical.
